- We always try to be as flexible as possible in these situations, provided that the product, packaging, accessories, protective films, and tags remain in their original condition.
- Other Governorates: Orders are delivered within 48–72 hours, with inspection available according to the shipping company's service in your area.

- القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية: يمكن للعميل معاينة المنتج بالكامل قبل الدفع والاستلام للتأكد من مطابقته للطلب ومن حالته.
- في حالة عدم استلام الطلب لأي سبب غير تقني أو لا يتعلق بوجود عيب أو مشكلة في المنتج، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن فقط.

Our watches are covered by a warranty against movement defects and manufacturing faults.
- The warranty covers defects in the watch movement and manufacturing issues only.
- Spare parts are available during and after the warranty period.
- Replacement parts that are not covered under the warranty are available for an additional service charge.
- We provide professional maintenance and genuine spare parts whenever available.
- Maintenance and spare parts services are available for customers who purchased from Catchy Watches as well as customers who purchased their watches from other retailers.
- Our goal is to provide reliable after-sales support and the highest level of customer service.
